ZEBRAFISH TRAP DATABASE

DESCRIPTION

The zebrafish trap-TRAP database presents a collection of diverse zebrafish transgenic lines suitable for dynamic and tissue-specific transcriptomic analysis based in the TRAP (Translating Ribosome Affinity Purification) methodology. This collection was developed at Juan Ramón Martínez-Morales laboratory in the Andalusian Centre for Developmental Biology (CABD).
